This course provides a comprehensive introduction to Data Science and Machine Learning, covering core concepts, advanced techniques, and real-world applications. Students will learn data analysis, visualization, data mining, and time series analysis through hands-on projects. Machine Learning fundamentals include model evaluation, feature engineering, cross-validation, and advanced algorithms. The course also explores deep learning, big data, scalable ML, AutoML, and reinforcement learning. Ethical considerations in AI are also addressed. With practical projects and industry-relevant case studies, this course equips students with the skills needed to excel in data science, AI, and scalable machine learning applications in real-world scenarios.
